Can someone please give a step by step guide to the no lift shift? I don't want to grind gears and hurt my beast.

Thanks in advance.

You can keep your foot on the gas pedal as you clutch in and shift if you are 1) past 5000rpm and 2) at wide open throttle

I have read (heard) somewhere that the throttle should be at least 50% open, and you also should be in Sport or Track mode. But I cannot prove it at the moment. But if you have the car, why just not have a look into the user manual?

I didn’t see details on that. I recheck and also check the supplemental.

By wide open, do you mean accelerator punned to the floor?

Right. I downloaded the Owner's Manual as well as the Supplement and all it says about the "No Lift Shift" is this:
No Lift Shift

This feature provides you with the ability to keep the accelerator pedal firmly pressed down during high engine speed, wide open throttle accelerations. During wide open throttle gear shifts, the engine controller prevents the engine speed from flaring with the clutch disengaged during a rapid upshift. This allows reduced manual transmission upshift time, resulting in quicker acceleration and smoother no lift shifts.
At least it confirms the wide open throttle.

Just curious, what happens if you assume you’re at FT but you’re only 75%?

Then you do a regular old powershift. If you're quick enough, it will just be harsh on the trans. If you're slow, you'll quickly hit the revlimiter.

I use no lift shifting from time to time. I just mash my foot down and leave it pinned while I shift. No fuss or extra steps.

When you say mash, do you mean accelerator pedal to the floor?
