Hi everyone.
Question for anyone using this window mount. I'm already using this mount and mine rattles all the time while driving. Normally it's not an issue because the radio and/or exhaust drowns it out. But it's annoying and I haven't had any luck after inspecting and tightening everything on the mount. It's only $20 so I'm thinking of replacing it.

Before I do, I wanted to ask others who are using this mount. Is it quiet or does it rattle when driving? If I just got a bad one, I'll buy another but I don't want to waste money if it's just going to do the same thing. For anyone thinking about suggesting the vent mount, I'm aware that is an option, but I live in Florida and have a PP model, so I'm not willing to give up a center vent.

Thanks for any replies I get.

I didn’t want a window mount or the vent mount. I went with a magnetic $9 cellphone mount from autozone. Plus can unplug and hide if needed. Works perfect.

Mine didn't rattle at all. The suction lever is closed, and the knob is tightened right? Those seem to be the only two places that something could be loose.
Thanks, I checked those thing. Good to hear yours is quiet. I'm going to order a new one.

We use the window mounts on all of our cars which run Ngauges and I've never had any issues with rattling. Might as well just scoop a new one up and hope it fixes the issue.

Thanks for the feedback, that's the plan. Going replace since I got a couple replies saying just this.

Appreciate the feedback and suggestion. I'm trying not to block the vents, it gets too hot here in Tampa!

Mine is wedged into the corner by the A pillar, and I have it where it lays on the dash. It has been quiet for me.
