Email them with the style of box you are looking at and the sub's part number and specs.
Ported versus sealed has different volume needs.
According to JL's website,each sealed compartment needs .875 cu. ft. for that sub.
They will make the inside match each speaker.

I mounted the fuse block inside the battery box so all cables are hidden.
I am driving them with a Helix P-Six. I think it is 120 watt per channel.I started out with the JL 600/6 like you have.
It was good,but it falls short on the power.It needs just a touch more.
I would have to guess that the right amount of amplification would be 100 watts.

That is the correct plug.
Pin #1 the Blue with the green tracer is the 6 volt amp turn-on that you would trigger the PAC TR-4 to convert to 12 volts.
Also in that plug is the Ground,pin #11 Black with grey tracer and 12 volts hot pin #14 Blue with red tracer.
Keeping the wiring short and using the factory ground location has kept all of the noise out of this system.
