Ngauge long term..

Since they are no longer being sold does everyone now have to get a new tuner? Since there won’t be any more firmware updates moving forward. Is it wise to get a new device? If I can get a used one is it worth having just to at least be an all in one gauge and to catalog?

It's a computerized device, as long as it still works, there is no reason to stop using it. I'm still using a 10 year old toshiba laptop running windows XP. The firmware updates stopped 8 years ago, but it still works just fine.

Wasn‘t the latest FW version 326? That’s what I have on my nGauge.

Another bump.....

I'm starting to get ready to jettison some parts in preparation for whatever car is next, and one will be the Lund nGauge I finally bought last summer. What timing. Am I correct in assuming that after I return my car to the stock tune, the nGauge is still married to my car? And, since it's unsupported now, can it even be rendered usable/saleable?

It's starting to look like a really expensive paperweight at the moment.

Jon Lund indicated to me that a lund tune purchase includes a previously married nGauge. Just need to provide the serial number and screenshot of the status screen.

I bought a new Nguage from lethal performance last week. I was able to update to the latest firmware with no issues PBD is in process of tuning it. Car is feeling great on base tune . I would have bought a UCAL, but it wasn't quite available.
