So I've been looking to replace my wheels I had 2016 18/255/235's on FB or CG you can find PP 19's all day long. I picked these up rather cheap what do you guys think? Do they look good in that off white or should I have gotten the black ones. When I saw the white ones I didn't even think they were OEM. As I've never seen white wheels only in black. In either case I thought they look a lot better than the original ones. Let me know if you think if I should swap these out for the black ones instead. I think it matches the white stripes pretty well.

About a year ago I saw a white S550 with color matched white wheels and it looked great! Your wheels don't look white in your pics, but better than black, IMHO.

back in '16 or '17 Ford offered those wheels in silver. There's an aftermarket company that also sells knocks offs in silver. Does it say FoMoCo in the casting? Either way I hate black wheels. A member recently had those wheels powdercoated bronze on his blue (Kona?) car and they look ace.

Drive on up to NoVa, I'll trade you wheels. I have the standard black PP1 wheels

Assuming, that is, your wheels are actually silver, which is a factory option. They definitely look silver in the pictures.

Those look Silver not white ?

Anyhow in the UK we get PP1 spec in silver as standard on a GT, which they switch out to black depending on what options pack we pick (in my case that was 'custom pack 2' which meant mine are now black).

Seems strange as although I prefer black wheels, I think that particular wheel design looks far more striking in silver. But I would still rather have the black on my colour combo :like:

Don't wish to hard for white wheels. My other half's cooper S had them and they always seem to end up going a bit creamy coloured rather than pure white.

You are probably going to hate me for potentially spending your money ... lol. Have you considered silver stripes to match your new wheels ... ? :sunglasses:

Looks fantastic as it sits. The dark blue and light wheels offer excellent contrast. but, as always, your choice.

See what I mean. Looks like black holes.

Those are the Nickel Luster finish OP.

White would look SIIIIIC but it's definitely gonna have a "LOOK AT ME" vibe to it. Around here most of the younger import guys rock white wheels. Just my .02.

White looks better. More refined. Although I'd call that silver, really.

One of the best looking oe wheels only to be discontinued. I’d love to get a set.

Quite a while back—S197 era—this color combination really gave me good feelings.

As much as I love black wheels, if I had ordered my Mustang in Kona Blue I would have taken the silver ones. I think they complement that colour much better than black would.
Your car looks great. I wouldn't change a thing.

Besides, I'm just beginning to understand just how impractical black wheels are. The tiny amount of dust that settles on them from one day to the next, even while the car is parked, sticks out like a sore thumb. Wash them today, and they'll look dirty tomorrow. I'm in love with them when I wash the car, but hate them and wish I had taken the silver ones two days later. :cwl:
