You sound tiresome 😂
You're very close to the limit...

Reporting back from a wet trip to tyre fitter: rear wheels spun on old pirelli when pulling out gently from side road. No similar event on return with new Tony Hancock's and motorway trip becons later for better test.

Pirelli's at rear were concave! To me that sounds like under inflation wear. What psi is every one running?

All now aligned also but front n/s camber is 1deg30' whereas o/s is 1deg17'. Any thoughts? Apparently camber not adjustable with stock set up?

Alignment machine has different settings for Track Package but I'm not sure what that package includes.

Typical Ford build quality tbh ref. Inconsistencies, camber Bolts are cheap and gt it right, easily fitted too

The adjustable camber bolts for other cars I have seen are actually undersised bolts machined to have a cam effect and they are turned. I didn't fit those either being less than convinced about the loss of shear and tensile strength....likely worse still on this heavy beast.

That’s correct, they are cams, not had a problem with mine in any car I’ve had, I always use the factory bolt on the bottom and camber bolts in the top hole of the shock.
Camber plates would be another option of course but much more expensive.

I’m a modder and a car at standard height just isn’t an option!

when fitting the camber bolts have you run into problems with the existing seized in and/or need to support the assembly or weight of car when removing old and installing new bolts (not just asking about Mustang here).

Ran a quick test of car on new rubber at higher psi tonight in the rain: definitely more sure-footed at rear, slightly better at front, mpg according to computer marginally less; but ride is definitely noisier than the worn Pirelli's. But this is in no way fair or scientific: a better test would be back to back with the Michelins. I need to fill up tomorrow and will give it a better run.

It was play on the Puns you used, just a bit of fun.

New tyres are usually quieter

Oe bolts always need quite a few whacks to get them to move but not had issues. No need to support the strut, just loosening the bottom bolt slightly to allow a bit of movement to get the camber bolts in.
I set the camber myself with a disc gauge, now that was a pain, pick a starting point as the front suspension is in full droop, fit wheels, drop, roll back and forth, check, jack up, adjust, drop…well you get the idea…..

I forgot to measure them today, but I measured them at like 11k miles and I believe the rears had like 5.5mm depth. I have never ever used line-lock. I did a few standing Drag mode starts. Other than that, just lots of pulls, which you guys have all seen in my videos. There's no way I'll make 30k miles on the rears. Could I make 18k, I suppose so.

For me, the second the PSS5's come out with 19-inch sizes, I'm going to replace all four anyway.

MICHELIN PILOT SPORT S 5 - Car Tyre | MICHELIN United Kingdom Official Website
12.4k miles, rears have 5mm depth.

Mine’s on 14k miles, 2nd set of rear tyres are under 5mm lololololol
That literally tells you just how slow I drive. Seriously. I'm an embarrassment to the Mustang Community.

If mine was used as a daily I’d be much more careful. Mind you, it now has been broken for nearly 4 months, helps with tyre wear!

Mate, my car is not a daily. My daily is a Ford Focus Estate.

Don't worry I can out embarrass you - 24k miles and 5mm on the rear on original PS4S tyres! They will easily do 30k miles as Michelin suggest!

Daily driver mind.
