Hi guys....I recently added an h pipe and Roush axle backs to my otherwise stock 2015 GT PP. The car had 4200 miles on it at the time of the addition and now has around 5000. Since this addition the car feels a little sluggish particularly at low rpms. It also sounds a little "choked off" at idle. Does this make any sense at all ? I thought the h pipe would have added a very small amount of low end torque and the mufflers just a sound difference.

Any thoughts ?

Anything post cat shouldn't affect performance.

So did the sluggishness happen gradually over the last 800 mi or soon after the mod?

I have the ext same mods as you on my non-pp GT.

I had my Axlebacks installed when I picked up the vehicle at the dealership. I then added the Axlebacks. I didn't notice any change or sluggishness at all when I did this.

Make sure there aren't any exhaust leaks..

Just your mind thinking you should be going faster because of what Your ears are hearing.

Added Corsa catbacks. Only change was exhaust tone. If you are having problems the exhaust doesn't sound like the cause.

Highly doubtful your exhaust caused your car to become slower. I would wager you're either imagining it or there is something wrong under your hood.

We agree these mods shouldn't make a noticeable change in power either way. You may still be adjusting to the new "faster" sound of the car.

less backpressure from larger pipes (2.5" --> 3") could have you "feeling" less power.
