That's what happened to mine a few weeks of the odd smell on start-ups. Then the cold passenger side warm driverside. The first time it happened it just stopped blowing cold air completely. Dealer told me since it was leaking the passenger will blow colder because it's closer to he...

I had a very similar problem. It turned out to be a bad maf. Mine didn't happen right away tho it was a couple months down the road. Only because my filter came off and crap messed up the sensor. Try stock intake if it still does it. I'd change maf
Same exact thing happened to me, but I was getting lean codes . My maf sensor went out. My fault tho, I didn't tighten the air filter tight enough and guess after driving around for awhile it feel off

I hear you, but you also cant dismiss the afr at a stop idle. I would want to know the proper stoich at idle, that way you know if your even running lean or too rich, and make sure the afr isnt all over the place before i would even want to go wot with it.
If your running straight 85 afr has been 10.0-10.3 , regular gas is about 13.8-14.2 that I've seen. So a mix of both would be somewhere between that. Idling and regular driving of course. Wot it should get richer.
