I just got done talking a Ford parts rep and I just can’t get a terminal battery. Ford apparently sells them as a whole wiring harness etc… asking price is $6xx lol. I know I can unbolt the negative terminal from the cable and change it that way.
What site or negative terminal battery y’all recommend for a FI car? Thanks a bunch.

You're just wanting to replace the terminal clamp on the negative cable? Why would you need something for a FI car? Unless you are placing a lot of electrical load on the battery, the factory style terminal clamp will be fine.

Mine was corroded to the negative terminal of the battery; so when I replaced the battery, I got a new one from Amazon:

Same exact part as as the factory one.

Waytek has some that may work.

Thanks guys. I’ll take a look tomorrow. It’s corroded and I just replaced the battery last week.

One thing you need to look out for: if there is corrosion on the cable end, there may also be corrosion creeping up the cable itself. It spreads like an infection. Once you unbolt the negative cable end, peel back some of the insulation and make sure the corrosion isn't working its way up the cable. If so, you may have to cut the ring terminal off, and re-crimp a new one on. If the corrosion has spread more than a couple inches up the cable, you would need to replace the whole thing

Appreciate the extra advice sir. Better than getting corrected for sure. Like always, you’re giving some great advice.
