I like to disassemble things.
Note the scale he's showing...the plate isn't that big. Regardless of size though - badass.

I engraved that on an aluminum business card. Just checking to see how the artwork turned out. I will probably make a keychain out of some aluminum that is the same size as the dash plaque. I could make one up to 7.87” wide.

Oh ok, now this makes sense. I like the key chain idea.

Freedom: Like Jaime, I like the key chain idea and I'd love to have a few metal "business cards" in my wallet..how cool would that be? :-)

I was thinking a plate on the front radiator piece under the hood, like Jaime did with his metal plaque. I think that would add to the all-around coolness of the car.

Plan to sell those? If so, as an illustrator who loves to doodle, what is the resolution of your output device if you don't mind me asking.

TIA

The laser can do .001. Some materials can hold that and some cant.

I use vector graphics, so resolution isn't really factored in unless I am tracing an image. I prefer those to be 1200 DPI.

Freedom: Could you do something along these lines for a business card?

With due credit to Tom for the "500 R" eye deer. Thanks again, bubba.

That shouldn't be very difficult to do.

We think alike, Freedom. I'm a CorelDraw user, just never got my head around Illustrator even though I use many of the CC apps.

Absolutely!

I use CD, Ai, and of all things inkscape. Each one has a functionality that is missing from the other
