Just hit 20k on my 500. Love this car. Have had literally 0 problems with it. Just did the 20k mile DCT service, a fresh oil change, new wheels/tires and an alignment. Anyone else drive their car as much as mine? I don't daily it, only drive it for fun!

Congrats! Always good to hear folks driving these cars and not just stashing them away (nothing wrong with that either, your car your choice).

Always enjoy seeing pics of your car and love the new wheels. If you ever road trip out to the Chicago area, hit me up!

Awesome so nice to see you driving that awesome Shelby. I don't have a Shelby but my 22 Mach 1 has 24K miles and love it as well.

That is awesome that you’re driving it like that. That’s what they were meant for. I never get tired of seeing the snake.

Rookies… all of you!
2019 Shelby with 53,000 miles and NOT a daily driver.

Like OP said, I just drive it for fun. Hearing the Ford Philharmonic 32-valve Orchestra with Chewbacca gargling on lead vocals makes it very hard to take short trips anywhere.

Ford Performance really delivered when they built these cars!

LOVED this, very witty, Dave and, I couldn't agree more! :=)

Yes, they most certainly did.

35k on mine. It's a daily though.

When I see guys leave the car stock, and barely put like 1,000 miles on it a year, I can't help but think they could not afford to own AND operate the car.

Aside from a CAI, my '20 is stock with just under 5k and she's four and a half years old so I guess I fit the description although I don't know your definition of "operate," Justin. Mine will certainly never see a road course. <smile>

But FTR, I'll be making the last car payment in a few months and I've never once thought about the monthly expenditure which, if memory serves, is about sixteen hundred bones. Maybe there's another category of owner? <BSEG>

What DOES rile me however is the damn car insurance and how much it has gone up! Hell, it's twice what we used to pay not that long ago and went up $1200 just this year! FM! It's ten g's a year for the 500, an '18 SD, and a '16 Cadillac CT6!

Frickin' highway robbery is what it is!
