I’m installing Steeda lateral and tension links this weekend.
Tension links went in without issue. The lateral links….not so much.

Once I got everything installed, I put the wheels on so I could clock the bushings. I immediately noticed a shit ton (~20 degrees) of toe out. WTF. I looked at everything and the only culprit I could find is the ball joint post on the lateral links are not fully going into the knuckle. There is approximately 1/2” of exposure on the ball joint post. I removed and reinstalled them and they do not fully seat into the knuckle. Is this normal for the Steeda lateral links? Could this be causing my toe out? Other suggestions?

I emailed Steeda but they won’t respond until tomorrow. I was hoping to finish this today.

Thank you for any positive suggestions you may have.

I did finish the install. Just waiting on my new tires to arrive tomorrow so I can get an alignment. I searched this forum and found out the links will induce toe out and I just had to adjust the tie rods accordingly. Other than that, install was straightforward.
