Ive been 5.72 at 120 on a stock gen2 engine with a p1sc. So your goal is easily obtained.
That's what I like to hear! How many PSI did it take you to run .70s?

Who knows. I dont pay attention to boost numbers as its an arbitrary number.

Mine supposedly had the helical gears and it was far from as quiet as I expected it to be. DAMN sure 100% not stealth at all.

80 fox is this true:

The slinger gear, is used to transfer or centrifuge oil up is a large part of the gear noise associated with Procharger’s . Helical gears have a smoother engagement which comes at the expense of additional axial load on the bearings..

I’m running a D1x with a 4.5 pulley seeing 13 psi at 8k and 820whp. On e85
I’m on P1X and 13psi at 7500 and E85 4.25 pulley. No idea on horsepower but curious if power levels would be in the same ballpark

Yes, that is true. Helical gears produce side loads on the gears that straight cut gears do not. Helical gears are also supposed to be stronger as they spread the force out more across the surface of the gear however considering that Procharger does not offer helical gears on the big race focused superchargers I don't think gear strength of the straight cut gears is a factor in this application.

Not necessarily, you will want to log it though and make sure everything looks good.

I'd agree. We've blown up plenty of blowers and it's never the transmission. Impeller, shaft, and bearing are always the fallout.

p1x is more than enough on an 18 with di, and 12:1 compression. the 18 and up are very boost friendly, they just wanna make power,

feel free to give me a ring with any questions on any blower setups, it's our speciality
