Ok usually I like to do my own research before I flood the board with questions, but I think I might want to buy these before the sales are done. So warning: don't know much about this stuff, don't know where to start. This is for a base GT
Want
1) At what point does (2,3,4 inches?) lowering the car too much make it almost impossible to get over speed bumps?
2) Any brands you can point me towards or they're all generally good?
3) You guys advise to change shocks as well? Or can I just change springs?
4) Can you estimate about how much this will all cost me? The springs, or whatever else is usually standard to change as well, and install?
5) Pros and cons of lowering car?
6) Linear or progressive
Thanks
Want
- Lower 1-2 inches
- Best bang for buck, money IS a factor.
- More for looks, not racecar performance, but don't know how much performance I gain with good ones, or take away with bad ones..
