that's a good idea man, however it would be paying vendors only providing feedback...i.e. Beef and Lethal since last I heard Lund doesn't pay to advertise or post on forums. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. So in a nutshell auto powerdown works, but auto wake is broken in FW 165. Other users confirmed it is working in fw 164. I always like to run on the lastest software version personally. last update to firmware was 11/20/15 fw165.
Yep, it worked fine on fw164. I'm going to contact John from Lund and see what he can do to help.

As for the Ngauge not turning on when powering up your car, it's set to be that way. Nothing wrong with it. John just got back to me and says its set up for you to tap the screen to turn it on and turn off automatically when powering off your car.

Since we do not do support via the forums or groups we use out ticket system to document everything and it helps us look back . I speak to so many people a day that its hard to back track so this system helps. You can simply email us to [email protected] your problem or questions and also put in your device serial number

Listen- you wont "void" your warranty. Its more as a deny type of case. If you bring your tuned car with mods into the dealer and say you broke your driveshaft yet have burnt rubber all over your wheel wells then its safe to say that anyone would deny work and make you pay full price. But if you take care of the car then most likely you will be fine. I always say to build solid rapport with everyone. In return if you do that with your dealer then you should be good to go . Talk them up, tell them you are trying to send people to them and mean it. But a tune and light mods or even full bolt ons and you taking care of the car as if its your child then you will be fine. I find it very very rare that someone breaks something that way unless they beat the heck out of the car and if so they deserve it. In that case do not mod if you cannot repair/replace the car yourself.
