N gauge help

What's the reason that you have to tap to turn it ON? I'll stick with fw 164 until it gets sorted out.

Its not an issue to sort out. It is for people that like to turn things on when they want to use it. Say you are going to the grocery store there is no need to turn it on really unless you want to. Its like a light switch. You turn on when needed so to say. Kinda like the a/c. Most dont use it in the winter but it is there if needed to TURN ON. It was for the voltage related issues with the 15s and other years at random mainly . I dont think it is going to change really. If you are happy with FW164 then keep it if you are not having voltage issues. You will be fine
