Clean up shot
Ha, you beat me to it Keith“Standing on a corner in Winslow Arizona, such a fine sight to see. It’s a girl my lord in a flat bed Ford, slowing down to take a look at me.”
Sorry, couldn’t resist lol
Awesome pics, awesome trip!
That's great!!! I love it.Lol I saw a bunch of related cars and cars inspired vehicles!
Same here, my son watched it at least once a day when he was that age. We have all the Cars matchbox cars too. He’s 14 now but will still sit down and watch it if it’s on TVThat's great!!! I love it.
When my son was very young, all he wanted to do was watch "Cars." At one point, I got the idea to put a hash mark on the box every time we put it in the DVD player. We managed to watch the movie something like 48 times. I'd give a lot to be back in the family room one more time watching Cars with him as a 4-5 year old!
Gotta keep them! My nieces and nephews are younger and they play with them every time they come over. Gotta teach them young!Lol...I have a plastic bin in my garage with all of them too. Funny thing is he won't let my wife get rid of them. I won't let her either!

Cool looking group that you got there, not understanding why a rainstorm would soak your air filter. Something wrong with some design there ?[/QUOTE]All good guys/gals. I had a lot of fun taking the pics and posting them up. Today was a little trying. A storm came in last night and this morning I woke up to a sputtering car. It was from the rain we had received which had soaked my air filter. I shut it down super fast and immediately knew what had happened. I called two dealerships, which neither had any in stock and found one in Memphis at United auto parts. That ate up time which made a late departure and we didn't make the car show. We just arrived in Pigeon Forge shortly ago. I did meet a really cool couple with another GT350 at Bucee's toady. (Rick if you're on here, it was nice meeting you and your wife today.) Nothing glamorous for pics... Nothing really stood out on 40 today for photos. However I did manage to tuck the car in with good company. LOL I find it comical how dirty my car is at this point. I promised it a bath and oil change once we get home.
Mustang folks are a special breed. I never realized it until I went to a dragstrip for the first time at age 57. It felt like I was home with family I hadn't seen in many years. And John Poole of NPK was my inspiration for getting my GT.The bearded guy was one of the random people that crowded around the car and were getting their pics taken with it! They were surprised when I popped the trunk putting purchased merchandise away. It was humbling that people were gathering around and taking their pics with the car. All of the people were very nice and equally happy for me.
