BLIS is with the 401A and is worth every penny of the 1200 or so they want; not 6k.BLIS might help, but they buried that safety option in $6k of Premium / luxury, and I am mainly just wanting a strong V8, manual gearbox, and good visibility to enjoy the power with confidence.
He wants a base. So getting Blis would cost him an extra ~$5,700 MSRP.BLIS is with the 401A and is worth every penny of the 1200 or so they want; not 6k.
Or the mirrors on a 2013-ish Dodge Dart, if you want to find out how utterly useless exterior mirrors can be made if the mfr tries hard enough. You need to try the mirrors on an SN95, or a Fox
They are larger to meet regulations there. As a long time professional driver myself I can understand where the OP is coming from, I also find the mirrors on the small side, they do look appropriate on the car though.Aren't the euro mirrors bigger? Could always swap if you wanted larger ones
The OP shouldn't order any until he gets measurements. I think I recall a post in the UK forum that said the EU ones were taller but not wider. I'm assuming the OP wants wider.Aren't the euro mirrors bigger? Could always swap if you wanted larger ones
I have BLIS but wouldn't if it was a stand-alone option. If you adjust the mirrors correctly, you don't need BLIS or the convex stick on mirrors the non-BLIS cars get. So actually, BLIS turned out to be a good thing because it eliminates the spotter mirrors which I really hate.I also found the little spotter mirrors a lot better than BLIS. I much rather believe what I'm seeing with my own eyes, than a computer.
