A little more info on the Enhanced Security Package. No mention of the alarms in the OM, finally found this on the Convert B&P. So other than the locking console you are not getting a lot. Sneaky Ford, very sneaky.
Yah I'm not sure if the ESP is worth it.

I wish I had ESP to answer the question. ;)

I think the "Selectable Drive Modes" & "Selectable Steering" Will Stiffen & Soften the ride-->

The suspension is not electronically adjustable.

For those concerned about the PP/TP ride quality, as mentioned earlier Ford's idea of a Track suspension is still way too soft to really be taken seriously on a track. I'm betting it will still be soft and comfy in comparison to a real track suspension or anything that an enthusiast would experience after adding lowering springs.

I'm the same way about the Recaros, I like them, but I don't want to lose the heat/cool and the Premium seats look very nice as well. However, they're also a good bit heavier. But it's a DD first and a fun car second.

Off Topic. The local drive-in got permission to run Jumanji this coming weekend. It's gonna be PACKED to the gills.

These are MY views. (Don't start tearing me apart lol)

Must

I think the must have is the Premiere Package (68B). From what I saw and what we've seen, the materials for the seats and sitting/feel is just above the base/premium.

200/400 packs are must haves. The things you get just make the Mustang in a class of it's own. Combined with 68B and you have an interior that is amazing.

Nice but not needed
After that, I think the reverse park assist is nice. The rear camera only shows directly behind you. The RPA will protect your sides also backing in.

We all seem to be figuring out the extra security pack isn't that great unless you have a convertible. I mean if someone breaks into your fastback, the center console will be pried open anyway with a screwdriver or crowbar.

I think you're paying a lot for 201A/401A. If you are the only one driving the car, the 3 memory seat settings are pretty pointless. The shaker to me is a lot of extra sound which you probably don't need (and weight). The Blind Spot is nice but again like many have said you should be looking over your shoulder anyway. It's a 2nd safety check for you though.

Pointless
I think navigation is pretty pointless if you have a smart phone. Put it on a mount and on voice and you have the exact same thing if not better with apps like WAZE.

Adaptive Cruise Control just don't see the point here. Most don't use it in rush hour traffic and if you usually use it, it's on the open road or highway.

When my dealer switched my order from a retail to a stock, it wouldn't let him remove the Enh. Security Pkg. I didn't have it on my original order, even though I thought about getting it.

So, I'm getting it. I suppose you could say it's a MUST HAVE, since it won't let me get the stock order without it. And since stock order will come a month or two before a retail order, it's staying!!!

Ugh, I am getting a nice car with a nice screen, the last thing I want is a mount and a phone with a tiny screen. I'm tired of even looking at my phone in the car. And with voice navigation, it'll be a breeze to use.

Even cooler is that the Drive-In was selected by Honda as one of 4 National winners of a full HD projection system. The picture is simply amazing now.

If you have a little or even hard time getting into & out of a low profile car (Mustang among others)...It's nice to have one setting that has the seat all the way back and at its highest setting & one for your favorite driving around town & one for spirited driving.

It (seat) being set Back & High makes it so much easier entering & exiting the car-->IMO!

I have mine set like this on my current DD.

When you are parking just hit the In & Out button & when_____YADA-YADA-YADA!

Must haves for me:
Convertible first and foremost. I've had many race cars over the years. My last 2 Mustangs were performance convertibles and this one will be as well.
ESP. Having a little extra security is nice when I'm just running into the store for a few minutes and don't feel like putting the top up.
50th Anniv. Pkg. I'm 50, the Mustang's 50, yeah, it's what I want.
Nav. I'm sick and tired of having my smartphone navigation turn off every time I get a call or text when I'm using it. We have to use Bluetooth in my state (IL) so I want my navigation to navigate and my phone for calls.

My 2013 Taurus has this as well. Very handy unless you have someone in the back seats.
From the 2015 Mustang owners manual:

Easy Entry and Exit Feature
If you enable the easy entry and exit
feature, it automatically moves the driver
seat position rearward up to two inches
(five centimeters) when you switch the
ignition off.
The driver seat will return to the previous
position when you switch the ignition on.
You can enable or disable this feature in
the information display. See
Information

Displays
(page 83).

I agree. The last thing I want to do when I get in my car is to fiddle with my phone trying to get it into a mount and plugged into a power outlet with a cable hanging across the dash. That and I have a limited data plan.

Yup, and I've actually found myself in the unfortunate situation where I'm in a dead area and can't even get acceptable data throughput to allow the phone's map software to update. So unless you have the foresight to download the map data locally to your phone (assuming your app of choice supports that feature), you can get stuck in that situation.

As long as the built-in nav works well, I'd much rather use it and its much larger screen than my cell phone. The phone is good backup though.
