Today i went to shift from 2nd to 3rd and the pedal dropped to the floor and I couldn’t go into gear. There isn’t any leaking fluid and the brake reservoir is full. There is however a whining noise that wasn’t there before when I start the car. The clutch pedal isn’t dead and there is still plenty of pressure and I can feel the car is moving some when I try to out it in gear. Any ideas what it could be? Slave cylinder?
