Last time I check I've NEVER seen a user charge another for knowledge or help here. Hell I've seen users pay out of their pocket to dyno their cars to get results to post; many times and with no obligation to do so. I see users testing out new products from vendors and spending DOZENS of hours of their time to help improve them, without requesting a cent.So what you are saying is that you are all great guys and that other guy sucks. And you are trying to pressure the admin to kick him out... but you are great guys.
OK, I understand now.
You bring up a great point, Mike, and it's something I've thought about a lot over the past few weeks. There's no doubt in my mind that a significant number of people who think they have an order in for a GT350, do not, and/or they will the victim of salesman/dealership shenanigans when the car arrives at the stealership. Even people who've posted images of a DORA.
On another topic that's been on my mind. What are the insurance implications of paying an ADM? For instance, what if someone goes in and pays $10k over MSRP and then promptly (apply your definition of promptly here) totals the car in an accident (God forbid). It seems to me that a conventional insurance company is only going to pay out on the value of the car, which doesn't include the ADM, unless they have gap insurance or a collector car insurance like Hagerty.
