I have nothing against anyone who is willing to pay ADM on a 2016 GT350 Mustang, but I would never pay ADM. I am patient and will wait my turn at getting a GT350 at MSRP or maybe less. As a result, I may have to get a 2017 GT350.
Or maybe '18. Good luck my friend. All good things come to those who wait. In the mean time I'll let you look at mine.:doh:

A lot of time, hard work and being diligent very early on was the key with the key element being very early on.

I started back in late May with hundreds of phone calls and 10's of hours put into this process but not much different than many others on here as well.

Once word got out to many Ford dealership owners and their GSM's about these GT350 cars it seems that prices have unfortunately excalated certainly beyond where I personally thought they would go?

Late May, I've been at this since November. I didn't know that you were searching for 2 2016 Rs in addition to your 2015 GT350.

^I've worked with dealerships since late 2013 on MSRP deals when the idea of a GT350 was only a concept. Just to have them flip on me as soon as they understood what I was talking about was going to become a reality.

Now, I've had to build new bridges with dealers that are more into the idea of customer loyalty and brand loyalty than opportunistic greed.

It's become easier to find them once you get a profile for the type of dealership that will sell to make that customer. The only caveat in my area is they are small and don't typically get allotted the "R". But, as I'm told the ones that do more Fleet business actually can pull some strings. So that can be a question for those looking to ask as a qualifier. If they do move quantity as fleet purchases....then they may have the ability to pull an "R" from what is called standby inventory, which is held back from release to cover the possibility of losses during shipment due to accidents. You simply have to ask and get the ear of the business owner.

Just sharing another angle that could work for all interested. Now securing the MSRP on it? Might be easier at this point since....All those other dealerships with the crazy ADM's might either have sold them or....still be sitting on them if people come to their senses and walk away from it. The smaller dealers aren't going to want to sit on it. They'll want to move it.
