Hey guys it's been a while but I'm finally getting to the point where I can install my OEM GT350R CF I got from the forum here.

Thanks to @Tomster I secured a set of lug nuts from MSI Racing for the CF wheels. But...

I still have the base GT350 aluminum wheels and what to use those for street driving, saving the CF wheels for the track, so the questions is...Can I use the MSI Lugs I got for the GT350R CF wheels on the base GT350 aluminum wheels as well?

I've got queries out to MSI Racing and OPMustang to find out, but figured I'd ask here too.

Thanks in advance fellow cobra's.

Did you put on the longer wheel studs or change the front hubs? You will need that for the CF wheels.

Assuming you did or the MSI lugs are open ended it will be fine. If the MSI lugs are closed end and you try to use them with the aluminum rims and longer CF wheel studs they will likely bottom out.

Yes you can. However as pointed out, if you have installed R hubs or studs, your studs will be too long.

There are many threads covering this topic. One solution is the open ended titanium lug nuts from @50 Deep .

Another is a set of closed lugs used as caps over your msi lugs on the front wheels and using the same closed ended lugs on the rear wheels without the msi lugs.

Lastly, you can just use your msi lugs and let your studs just hang out.

For street wheels, I use the titanium lugs. For the track, I use MSI lugs.

I am one of those guys who like his studs to "just hang out"....

Thanks for the responses guys. I am about to install the R hubs and just wanted to make sure I could use the MSI lugs until I get a set for street use. By all means the MSI lugs wouldn't be permanent.
