Yeah it definitely is the fun part - but it's also the part that leads to the most rage when the numbers don't fall through lol.
Who knows though, I wouldn't be surprised if you can hit 600 hp if you have the right tune (that basically turns your exhaust into a black-smoke fart cannon) and a few bold ons.

the thing is, all it needs is 550ish to beat both the Z28 and ZL1, it will be more powerful than the Z28 to account for the extra creature comforts and it will still be much lighter than the ZL1 even with a full lux package so the better suspension will keep it ahead of that....

To beat the Z/28 I think its going to take at least 500HP and some Trofeo Rs or at least the equivalent of them. Cmon Ford make it happen! :ford:

It's back and forth.. Camaro on a new chassis in a year. That will be a good comparison.

On a piecemeal ATS chassis... not seeing any "back and forth".. as Ford was with the last chassis for 10 years..
The Camaro is not purpose built, it is purpose speced.

I haven't heard anything bad about the Alpha chassis, so whether or not it's bespoke to the Camaro to begin with shouldn't be too much of a factor.
