I don't think this color and vid did a good job of conveying how much more tidy and streamlined the front is. A lot less bulk. If picturing this design on the current bulky front end it won't work but lower hood and the air curtains looked tucked back I bet there is less bulk over the front axle...
What I don't like is that color in that light, can't see any of the depth in the design. Clearly the hood is lower which is great and I think in person will bring it all together. Looking forward to the full official photos rather than b roll footage.
Reading this and autoblog looks like Ford had been purposely fuzzy on details around improvements to the 5.0. My guess is that engine is going to get its time in the sun with the mustang!
My 335 is fully defeatable and has the exact same fuel economy ratings as the earlier models that were not fully defeatable. And BMW offered as a software retrofit for the earlier cars without issuing new ratings. Signs point to Ford just being lazy.....
That's a design fail by Ford... almost every manufacturer who has this tech has a on and off. Manufacturers who didn't have the permanent on/off changed it quickly. Ex 7 years ago, f30 BMW 3 series first year it reset every start, took them less than a year to change that on future models and...
Can't see how they won't offer the full performance package with the 10 speed considering based on the zl1 camaro press release it will be a performance auto with lightning fast shifts and immediate downshift response. Chevy claims faster than Porsche PDK.
had a mustang v6 vert for a couple days this summer in maui, didnt have any issues, parked it on the street in lahaina, mamas fish house, twin falls and hotel. Was a great with the top down... just gotta plan and get that sunblock on, great visibility on rt 30 stretch between maala and kaanapali
