Not a fan of Dan Neil. He's got the same cynical, smug, sneering attitude as a 16-year-old who thinks everything is a piece of crap.
Any discussion of the characteristics of the actual car he's reviewing is an afterthought amongst the cloud of BS and snide remarks that only he thinks are clever.
It doesn't matter what kind of car he's reviewing - German sports car, pickup truck, Italian exotic, Japanese family sedan - you always get the sense he's mocking the car and the people who buy it.
