I am going to have some free time over the next few month, I want to help out here since i can not access my car till next june, so i have a question

will a spreadsheet with the as-built data of hunderds of mustangs compiled together help the cause? if so, what info would you need, year?, model?, pp or not?, prem vs base? and of course the data.

I have searched the net for all the modules and addressees, seen bits and pieces here and there, so i put them all in one list, should i post it?

Found something interesting. I was using the Vignale boot screen for no real reason at all. Thought my Turbo sounded louder than usual. Restored Mustang values to the boot screen and back to normal.

Conclusion: Changing the boot screen apparently has an effect on Active Noise Cancelation and the Sound Symposer.

Interesting.

That is your spreadsheet of as built changes you have already figured out.

What im talking about is to make a spreadsheet with the as built data from hundreds of vehicles, so the data can be compared to each other and maybe figure out what needs to be changed and to what.

i was thinking with enough compiled data, it might be easier to figure out.

It's a lot of data entry. If someone had a scripted spreadsheet to parse XML data (the *.ab files) it would be easier. I just finished comparing two last night (see above)

after comparing about 25 gt prem's I found some differences that someone who has free time might be able to figure out.

does anyone know if there are any as built data numbers for the premium pack stereo radio/nav head unit. For example I see in the us alot more information for the radio stations than we have in australia and was wondering if it had something to do with the way the head units are specced.

I don't think that's in the programming (or if it is, it won't work for you). We have two systems for providing radio information. HD Radio, or the RBDS (Radio Broadcast Data System, which is a North America-only variation of RDS) on conventional FM, which operates on an FM Subcarrier broadcast by radio stations. RDBS and HD Radio aren't used outside North America.

Here is a link to my spreadsheet, most of the Fusion BdyCM stuff should work on the Mustang and some IPC stuff such as the chime location I figured out that you posted.

I believe your list is where I first found the IPC chimes, and switched to the cluster to keep an aftermarket stereo from playing the noises. :)

It would be nice for all of the different forums to get together and figure out what works across each platform.

1. I believe certain hardware modules are required for line lock, but not 100%. Someone should try it that doesn't have a GT.

2. I would assume this is in the PCM, so currently forscan cannot modify it. But I really have no idea.

1. yes, check the spreadsheet. forum member confirmed it works. just add hardware for mycolor then enable.

2. I wouldn't think this is possible. Do your DRLs change color???
I tried on my Ecoboost Premium AT (checked some options through IDS) but with the one checkbox, it was showing the Option on the TrackApps but grey, with the other option all the brake lights were flashing and it was not very happy :D:D

So to my understanding this one

726-40-01* 0104* 2020* 01B4* - VEHICLE REQUIRED TIRE PRESSURE
726-40-01* 0104* 2323* 01BA* ""

You can adjust what the tire pressure will read in the center display?

so, this may work for the guys running drag tires with different tire pressure so the tpms wont throw a low tire pressure light?

Would there be a way just to adjust the rear tire pressure and front tire pressure separately?

so with this

726-20-01 0303* 0303* 035D* - REMOTE START RUN TIME 15 MINS
726-20-01* 0000* 0000* 004E* -REMOTE START RUN TIME 0 MINS (DISABLED)

726-22-02* 0001* 0001* 0053* - REMOTE START ENABLED
726-22-02* 0000* 0001* 0052* - REMOTE START DISABLED

726-41-02* 0001* 0001* 0072* - REMOTE START PARKING LIGHTS ENABLED
726-41-02* 0001* 0000* 0071* - REMOTE START PARKING LIGHTS DISABLED

Someone without remote start should be able to enable it?
