(Mode / Drive) for Daily

Which Mode for 6-speed Manual / Mode+Drive for 10-speed Automatic do you drive the most every day?

For my 10-speed M1, I put on Sport+ Mode with D drive every time. I have not tried the Sport+ with S drive yet.

I have the 6R80 and daily it in normal mode. I like the added gas mileage and the soft shifts. My kidneys thank me everyday.

When I'm on a track I use an appropriate mode.

MyMode every day rain or shine unless on a long trip is track exhaust, normal steering, sport + drive mode.

M6 - I was doing my mode (Normal + Track exhaust), but I tend to be switching to Sport + lately. Seems the car is a bit more responsive, and the suspension is stiffer than Normal mode. The sport+ exhaust opens faster than in Normal mode, and is not 100% fully open all the time, so I think I like it better for the daily drive around town, as in full track mode, alarms start blaring if I have to rev up to 4500rpm.
Also, I keep quiet mode from 11pm to 8 am and the car is very subtle then. Almost like an ecoboost

This! Except in the morning when I leave the house. I don't want to wake up the wife and kids.

I guess I am in the minority among the replies so far: Normal mode, day or night, residential neighborhood or not. Sport when I need even more noise which is not often. I have used quiet mode less than 5 times since I purchased the car. Sport much more frequently than quiet mode...but less than normal.

car starts in normal/quiet 24/7 but once I hit the corner it's

sport + and track exhaust.

I do occasionally turn it all normal if I'm on the interstate for extended period.
