Curious why you went with the Boss IM over the GT350 IM? Does the Boss IM outrev the GT350? or another reason for your decision. Just wondering.

Does the Boss IM ports match the GT350 heads perfectly?

:hail: Dayum. Very impressive. Love the idle too...a bit on the fast side vs. stock but so smooth that you'd almost never know you're about to get your doors blown off.

I am a believer.
So in summary it looked like with the stock valve train there was no gain in power going from 20 to 22psi .
With the GT 350 heads /Comp cams ....boom almost 200 hp gain!
I assume boost levels also drops for same pulley size with the GT 350 heads /cams so you may have pullied down .

Wonder how much gain there is from porting the GT 350 heads since they flow so well already .

Did they share what kind of flow improvements they were able to see from the stock GT350 heads? I'm m curious to see what these heads will flow when ported.

My 5/2 block and GT 350 heads are on their way back to them after a blown head gasket.
I am going to ask them and may consider having the heads ported while they are there.
