Nope. Is that the Liquid Blue colour? I would have that colour on my GT in a heartbeat.

Hell no.
I think most people buy Mustang not just because it a good car, its much more than that!

AWD and 235kw+ is pleasing but ill probably stick with an EB auto as a daily driver in the end

I'll have to say YES - it just ticks a few more boxes for me, it will have Recaros (I hope), and it is a hatch hence lot more useful for carrying stuff, ie MTB's, Bunnings runs hehehe etc.
I am also a sucker for a AWD turbos.

PS: still going to test drive EB and GT manuals, and if I fall in love that's it, but if I don't then RS is probably it.

I'm set on having my get away from technology car (67 Mustang), a sedan (Ultimate Ford Falcon) and of course the main work car, the mustang. If I chose another car to replace the falcon, I would just choose the focus. (No I'm not rich)

Yep,, reality set in!

Yeah,,,. There's a good possibility that we won't be getting a Mustang now. But it's not because of the new Focus.

This Mustang was supposed to be a retirement or "Last Fling" send off, lol. But now that cooler heads are prevailing, spending almost $40,000.00 for a toy really doesn't make financial sense when you're heading for a fixed income in retirement. And it's not that we 'need' a new car. The three vehicles we have are all in perfect condition.

So,,, with all that said, I'll continue to visit this forum and experience the thrill of the new Mustang through all of your threads and posts! :)

Very different car to the Mustang but I quite like it. That said, would only consider it if Ford overprices the Mustang. Here's hoping the dollar stabilises and Ford doesn't decide to try and rip off its potential Mustang customers.

No Focus Rs for me. IMO it looks a bit over dressed! I'm sure it would be electric to drive however.

I still love the lines of the new mustang, that classic fastback shape just does it for me. The sound of that V8 winding up! Can't wait.

Would dearly love a 67 GT also, but 'home command' has only given approval for a 2015 GT. Too many other bills to pay!

It seems like the majority is buying the mustang for commuting or weekend use. I guess the RS is more suited to the track.
