Changed my mind from Race Red

I had a RR Focus ST and in nighttime light it did look orange, in bright sun it was eye searing red, I liked it alot.

Struggled for quite awhile over whether I should get another car the same color, in the end I went with CO. Now the CO has a reddish look in bright sun and orange orange in nighttime light. I am extremely happy with my choice.

That's what I appreciate about the CO, it's like two colors in one
They really are all nice. Love my Ruby, then the brights, and the DIB is stunning, too.

Wow... Didn't know they allowed color changes that late.

Remembered reading on here that another guy changed his color 6+ months before the estimated build and got pushed back.

My color had to be finalized in March.

I got told by my dealer (so no certainty there) that I would drop waaaaay down the list if I wanted to change when I enquired about going from Magnetic to something else.
I think he was going to cancel the order and re-do another. Kind of irked me since the car was months away from being built at that stage.

Saw a RR at the showroom today and to be frank it didnt pop out as much as I thought.
RR and CO were the 2 colours that I considered but ended up with TY.
Each to their own I guess.

Seeing [MENTION=14240]RaceRedGT[/MENTION]'s car in the flesh... The Race Red is nice!

Here is my Race Red that I picked up last Thursday. It does have a bit of an Orange tinge to it under certain light. For example Fluro Lights like in the photo at the Dealer.

The problem I found here in the States is most dealers don't know how to MODIFY an order. The vast majority just cancel and resubmit.
