I just saw this thread and felt I had to add my own experience.
My wife and I are both 64 with retirement approaching this June. We were all set to go for the new Mustang as our retirement send-off and test drove them at least 4 times. How-ever with this more then likely being our last new car...
Believe me, the last thing I want to do is over charge someone! It's hard enough to make ends meet as it is. I'll get back to you this afternoon and supply you with my e-mail address if you still can't send me a PM.
I was going by the Mishimoto price in the link below where I purchased it from;
http://www.mishimoto.com/ford-mustang-ecoboost-baffled-oil-catch-can-kit-15.html?speciallabel=Also%20fit%20your%20Ford%20Mustang.
To Roidrange. If you're still interested, let me find out what shipping will be and...
Not sure why you can't send me a PM. I've received some in the past and nothing has changed in my settings. I'll get a shipping quote for you tomorrow.
I have a brand new Mishimoto oil catch can for the 2015 EcoBoost. This unit is still in the shipping box I received it in. I never opened it. It was ordered before we decided not to buy our Eco Mustang. It was ordered with black hoses.
My hasty decision to buy this unit before we came to our...
Regarding the automatic transmission, can you also manually down/upshift with the shifter handle in the center console as well? Or are the Shift Paddles on the steering wheel your only option.
Those initial photos have to be one of the best sets I've seen for the Magnetic color. :first:
It's also my choice for my hopefully future Mustang as well.
I just had to respond to this thread even though I don't have a Mustang, yet!
I know everyone has their own taste and/or preference regarding wheel size. Is it the looks and increased handling that make most prefer the larger wheels? 19s, 20s and now even 21s?
The larger the wheel, the more...
Also waiting for the 2016 for all the reasons mentioned in the above two quotes.
And there is one other issue. At present, we're still on the fence about moving forward even waiting for the 2016. This is mainly due to finances coupled with a rapidly approaching retirement and it's associated...
Received mine yesterday. How-ever at this point in time, it's doubtful that we'll be moving forward ordering our Eco Mustang. So stay tuned for a possible "Catch Can For Sale" at the 'pre-order price'.
I lived on Long Island (Long Guyland) the majority of my life and I can attest to what Kbreeze is saying about the LIE (Long Island Distress-way), Cross Bronx and all the other "stop & go" major roads up there. The last stick-shift car I had when I lived out in Suffolk County was a 65 Mustang...
Oh go on and admit it. You love being the Devil on the shoulder, lol. :gossip:
Not really interested in going through the hassle of selling on my own. I'd have to do that any way with the 97 Honda and the thought of trying to sell 2 cars doesn't thrill me. And thanks for wishing Good Luck! :)...
Your thoughts are a reasonable solution, in most cases. And if the two cars that I'd sell were worth more, I'd probably go for it! How-ever, one car is an 08 Subaru Forester, which "might" only allow me $8,000.00 on a trade. And the other is a 97 Honda DelSol, which I might get $4,000.00 on the...
