Haha good decision, what parts?

Still looking at suspension.... kinda bummed about the NSW laws RE: airlift/airbags.... thats what I really want, but the 100mm law is bs...defeats the purpose. (had a chat to an installer who got in contact with an engineer....they have to have stops engineered in with certificate, which will never allow it to drop below 100 mm. Then they would be legal)

BTW anyone know of any pics of an S550 which is 100mm off the ground?? (I bumped the springs/suspension thread please post there)

Sooo I guess that leaves coilovers or springs... and since im not tracking the car in a big way ... looks like springs are the go .

WTF Con is it doesn't have AEB?
What we didn't like - it doesn't cook breakfast for me; it doesn't fart out pure oxygen.
Really?

Let's add some humour to this topic haha

I've had 3 separate friend groups send me this today

http://jalopnik.com/its-official-th...ource=jalopnik_facebook&utm_medium=socialflow

A few funnies in there, I believe the Mustang has a bit of a reputation in the USA probably mostly because of the price and accessibility of these chariots to anyone including those not familiar with RWD vehicle dynamics haha

If you're one of the brave ones that got in early, give yourself a pat on the back.

http://www.wheelsmag.com.au/news/1604/ford-mustang-pricing-games/

Then spend the $2,500 on beer or mods

If you didn't get one before the price hike, rest assured that its still a shit ton of car for the money. And enjoy Sync 3 ya bastards.

Goodness me what a car :headbang:

MUSTANG PERFORMANCE REVIEWS

2016 Ford Mustang v Holden Commodore SS-V Redline drag race video

http://www.wheelsmag.com.au/feature...olden-commodore-ss-v-redline-drag-race-video/

It’s Ford v Holden - with a twist, now that the Blue Oval’s Mustang performance hero has arrived.

ON PAPER, this fight is close. Both are V8 icons. Both have more than 300kW. Both are six-speed automatics and cost a brush under $60,000.

And if you believe the official performance claims from Holden and Ford, just one tenth separates these two in the sprint to 100km/h.

But how does all this translate into the real world over the quarter mile? Will Holden’s 6.2-litre SS-V Redline trounce its new pony car rival? Or will the leaner, two-door ’Stang claim straight-line bragging rights?
Watch the video to find out.

Yesssss that's the same spec as my car race red auto gt will be picking up mine in 1 week it's currently at port Melbourne. The 5.0 is very rev happy and will go all the way up to 7000rpm and it starts pulling at 4000rpm but the commodore has good torque down low and doesn't rev as high as the stang. Mustang for the win!!!!!

Good on ya mate

Yup that'll be the price of the car with a Herrods' FPR Spec Catback Exhaust on it..
There's some interesting wording in the article for sure.

"Starting at around $75K, they land in the heart of Clubsport R8 territory, but with more grunt than HSV’s 430kW $90K GTS flagship."

Does this mean 430+ kW for 75K? I dunno.

The only way it would even get close to 75K, is if Ford AU sold the Mustang to Herrod's for Cost price and then Herrod's added the Ford Racing/Roush supercharger.

And that'll never happen for that price of 75K for 430kw Plus...

Need a Ford Racing department, like HSV.

Then we can have a the GT350 and factory supercharged Mustangs..
