If you have the same model Mustang GT with P.P , which is faster ? Manual or Auto ? I am pretty sure some people have different opinion's , but is there facts ?

how is it less efficient? maybe according to shitty epa data.Auto is more consistent and will beat a manual down the strip 9 times out of 10 but manual is generally more fun but less efficient/practical
...honestly breaks my heart to see sports cars like corvettes that are auto's.. im just like.. why did you even fucking buy it dude..
Lol, I feel the same way.to put it simply manuals are for enthusiasts, and autos are for either women, or men who plan on going full blown race car with it. honestly breaks my heart to see sports cars like corvettes that are auto's.. im just like.. why did you even fucking buy it dude..
I hear a lot of hate for the mt82. This is my first mustang but if the mt82 does suck that bad, I will be swapping it out.I bought an auto..but I hate the mt82 if it was a camaro or vette I probably would have opted for the manual trans although that 8 speed in the vette is nice
You guys have to remember for some people a manual is just not practical. In my situation for example, my commute is an hour each way in heavy LIE ( Long Island Expressway) traffic. I've had manual sports/ muscle cars my whole life, but finally gave in when I ordered my 2012 5.0. Let me tell you I miss the control of a stick, but it was torture in constant stop and go traffic, day in and day out. The auto is like heaven in comparison. Additionally, my GF can't drive a manual and we occasionally have to drive each others car. As an added bonus this auto is built like a tank and can handle something 800ft-lb of torque, and as others have mentioned typically quicker from a standstillMe too but I try to be more respectful of people's choices. When I look through the window and see a manual trans I give them a thumbs up, while if I see an auto I just keep walking.
