So, I opened up the Ford app and got this message. Nothing appeared on the dash. Should I do anything? Kinda has me worried.

Check the codes on the car, sometimes it can throw codes but not show a MIL.

If you don't have the digital gauges you can go into engineering mode and check historical and current codes.

Strange thing is I drove two other days after this happened but there's no alert for either of those days. I'm only seeing this now.

Here's some links to help you pull codes using Engineering Test Mode from the dash cluster.

If you have a 2015-2020+ with the ANALOG gauge cluster, you should be able to enter the “Engineer Test Mode”.

The strange thing is there were no codes in the ECU. Nothing at all.
