Hey all,
I was doing a run between 50-100+ last night and my car nosedived on the last shift at the top end (I think it was in 7th or 8th gear) and the check engine light started blinking. It went into protect mode and the light went away. Coasted to a stop because I had no throttle. Message on dash said to turn off the car and restart. Once I did that, everything went back to normal as I did a couple 1/4 mile runs (after babying it for about 20 miles) and it ran fine.
Car is stock with a JLT CAI and PBD E-85 tune.
2019 GT/CS 11,000 miles

Attached is what the Ford app is telling me.
It wasn't misfiring it just completely lost power on that last shift.
I've been running straight E-85 for a half a year now with absolutely no problems.
(I wish that I was logging at the time but wasn't)

Has anyone ever run into this issue?
Thoughts on what it might have been?
Thanks

It looks like it wasn't supplying enough fuel or supplying too much according to this notification from the Ford app.
I hope it was just a fluke as this has never happened before.
