Magnetic Engine Covers

I painted my engine/coil covers this weekend. I bought a can of Magnetic Metallic base coat to match the car. I also scanned the coil covers into my computer and cut silver vinyl for the lettering and stripes. I used stainless socket head screws to attach the insert to the engine cover.

I'll get some installed pics tomorrow.

Replace the grenade? Mishimoto... well designed, well made. Polished aluminum or black. Mine will get here before my new ride does.

What do you guys think about some VHT black wrinkle paint on the coolant tank? And possibly the air tube? To match the wrinkle on the engine cover...
