Car is a 2019 PP1 a10 VMP car, full BMR catalog outback, drag springs. I was thinking of running 315/50/17's but heard even with a slight drop they will rub. Current setup is 305/45/17 ET Street R's. Didn't know if it would be a good idea for me to cut the bump stops and put the stock springs back in the rear, to run the 29's in the back to try and cut the 60' down on the street. I still have the Magneride on the car, haven't dumped it for a dedicated drag setup, but considering it.

Right now best on the street 40* weather and light prep was a 1.61 60'.

If its just driver error (which a lot is, I understand that on my end) I have no issues continuing to run the 305/45's. Wanted some input from cars that make 1k+ and have similar setup.

Thanks!

I'll be test fitting my buddy's 315 50 17 setup this weekend hopefully. My not sure why you'd cut the bump stops.

I was under the impression mag ride springs have one side counter wound and aren't compatible with regular springs.

My car has steeda mag ride lowering springs with a 1/4" spacer now. My 315 35 20s still rub but I'm running an aggressive fitment with 0 camber. I'm actually considering going to GT350 springs, since they have higher rates than the standard gt springs but don't drop the car much.
