MAF Tube

Question: I had a Roush CAI installed with a ghost cam.. The guy did not put the MAF tube on. When I accelerate from a stop, it has stalled out on me. He said to install the MAF tube on. Is there any video to show hows to "install the MAF tube"?

I assume by the "MAF tube" he meant the reducer. The car won't run without an actual MAF unit.
