Was it a genuine M1, or just a standard GT mocked up as a M1?
If it was a genuine M1, will it be the only red M1 in existence and where will it end up after being a Pace Car?

I saw the Red Mach 1 perform as the pace car at Martinsville on Sunday on TV. I could not tell if it had the blank headlights in the grill because of the strobe like lights in the grill. The rear spoiler looked awsum.

Notice the different appliqués? Mach 1 script on the hood and the different stripes on the side around the Mach 1 fender logo and the deleted rocker panel logo? Is this the Race Red everyone is chirping Ford for not having available? Needless to say... it looks pretty pretty doesn't it!

No, the red that is sorely missing from the pallet is Rapid Red not Race Red. Car looks great but for me and a few others we are really hoping they pull out Rapid Red for 2022.
