My wife has a 16 gt/cs and I have always thought that splitter looked perfect. I think it is the best choice out there

looks good i was thinking that same way when I was gonna do my side stripe but just had custom made. Mine is a mash up of 69-70 and 03-04 styling. rear stripe had to be customs made as well. the rear gas cap is a 65-73 gas cap, found unique emblems for grill, fenders, rear quarter. used OEM ford parts from 04 mach1 for shaker and seat emblems, forth version of making it a functional shaker was with a crashed GT350 intake.

I’ll be doing a side exhaust and want to change to some magnum wheels that matches the size and BS/Offset I currently have, hurst shifter, want to change to a pedestal type spoiler and I think I’ll be done with the styling. Keep it up and help me bring tribute to the mach1.

This is freaking awesome. I am doing pretty much the same thing. Do you have a templated on where to cut the hood? I was thinking to use a 2011-2014 CDC Shaker for my project. I was aiting for CD to bring out an updated version for S550 but they have nothing on their website about it.

I really love what you guys have done with your rides. I have been wanted to do a Mach 1 tribute car like the one I did with my 13 GT. I am hoping that CDC comes up with a decent shaker kit like the one I read on an article. I would be happy even if I could get a non functional hood scoop like my 70 Mach 1. Here are a couple of my 2020 GT, My 1970 Mach 1 and my 2013 GT.

It is hard to see in this picture but on the decklid panel is a 1970 MACH 1 emblem. I still have a lot of work to do, I have tail striping and a set of louvers to put on the back glass. I wanted MRT louvers, but they stopped making them.
Love the wheels, which one are those. Where can I get a set? Thank you.

So you had to fabricate a custom air tube extension to reach your JLT airbox and also drill a hole into it?

So the CDC system bolts on just fine on a stock 18+ manifold with the cover off, or something had to be adjusted since the CDC system was for Mach 1 only that have a GT350 manifold and airbox etc.

Well, you will either need a GT350 or aftermarket air box to be able to drill a 3 inch hole where the fresh air tube goes into the air box. I have a JLT CAI so I made it work, but if I get my hands on a GT350 airbox I would go for that. the stock CAI will not work (as far as know). I did had some issues with the screws for the intake manifold being a hair short. but it still came out great IMHO. it comes with everything you need. Hope this helps.

I have the fp calibration kit that is similar to a gt350 cai.

So I guess it should work. The accordion style air tube you inserted into the jlt box is part of the kit?
