Seems like you have a lot of experience with remote tuning and are the SME on the subject then. Some people have nothing better to do but whine all day about a company/product they've never used I guess. I can assure you that your “personalized tune” is nothing more than a canned tune from some other setup they’ve tuned before. Just like Lund and pretty much every other tuner. Unless you’re paying for dyno time with remote tuning which is an option.

Yup and if 2-3 revisions don't work then the blame the car game begins. I jumped thru Lunds hoops for 8 months with them telling me it was my car. Spent thousands trying to get it to run right. One they started with personal attacks I said nope don't need this shit. Got a 2024 Whipple calibration and modified for fuel system injectors, headers etc. Car is running perfectly with no issues. So fk Lund. And also they never ever would tell me who my Calibrator was. Even when I asked over and over. I have no fks to give about what Alex says just tune my car right. And if your cookie cutter tune doesn't work put some effort into it. Don't just blame my car.

The issue here isn’t Lund’s tunes but how an employee and very public face of their company treated a customer publicly. Yeah it’s his personal channel but the second he brings up a work email (and we all know who he works for) he’s now speaking on behalf of his employer, whether said employer agrees with his statements or not.

Customer service 101, don’t berate or belittle your customers publicly. The customer in reference may very well be an idiot, but it’s better those opinions are shared amongst themselves in private rather than a very public forum like YouTube.

That’s the issue, not whether Lund sucks at tuning or not. One does not need personal experience with Lund to form an opinion about how they treat customers when it’s on full display for the world to see. They could be the best tuner in the world but if I know they may treat me like that publicly one day, they’re not getting one cent from me.
