I'm predicting it'll respond the same way the 6r80 did. It'll break. Hope im wrong.
Word on the street is after looking at logs, the Drag mode actually slips the clutches a bit to help with shock. But with that being said, 800, 900, 1000 RWHP is lot of power for ANY transmission.

Bloody O, 835 on the corn. Really.......what other mods do this car actually need. I'm thinking a pulley may start breaking stuff. The car will be at 900+ most likely pulley down and E85.

I says just leave it where it is now .
I am sure it already feels like an animal and should be running deep In the 9’s .
Any more and you may be looking at a return fuel system .
Don’t go any further down that rabbit hole (leave that to the modded GT’s) and just enjoy .
Heck you may even still have a shot at warranty if anything breaks as should be still easy to return to stock .

I’m hoping the fuel pump setup can be added to a standard GT

E85 conversion will be easy

I think warranty is out the window with rpms over 8k lol. I would rather make the same power at 7500 with a pulley. Will be a lot more reliable long term than running extra aggressive timing at high rpms and you will get more midrange .

Although the fuel pump assembly looks almost identical to the GT350 system there's a few things about it that are different. For one the FPDM (fuel pump driver module) is completely different. So at the moment to add a fuel pump voltage booster it would have to be a splice in version until we have the connectors made to make it plug and play with the new module. Also the GT500 fuel system is capable of being tuned to hold fuel pressure of 90-100 psi without any issues. I don't believe the GT350 system has that ability but I'll verify just to be sure.

That’s fantastic, finally a return less system that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg (vs a return style) for guys looking to support say 750RW safely in a GT

Damn, all we need now is a full exhaust and a pulley. Congrats!
I believe that and they are going with headers and maybe some race fuel. They want to see what they can get before messing with any pulleys.

Do you follow Alex Flores?

I do but I don’t remember them saying race gas? Maybe a form in Race E85, but I never heard actual race gas in his podcast, maybe I missed it?
