No, not in a meaningful way. Inputs are fixed to what the ecu does with it. No extra or empty ports have been found.

You can us the ac pressure sensor to input an analog 5v reading if you just want it logged, but can't change what the ecu does with that input.

Iirc this is a reason fathouse swaps the ecu for a motec on their builds. No failsafes with boost on the stock ECU, no extra sensor add ins etc.

Thank you

that was an informative reply!

Motec is really expensive but Holley makes something and also AEM

Performed the WOT logs on the Flex and E85R tunes today! Sent them off to Lund and Brandon said they look great. I have now been cleared for takeoff. He also suggested that I shoot for shifting at 7600 rpm, as the rev limiter has been set to 7900.

Just curious, how many miles to empty does everyone’s fuel gauge show after filling up with E85? Mine shows 240, but it seems like it takes forever to run empty. I’m sure that wI’ll change after I lay into the throttle a lot more.

Yesterday, I burned through two full tanks (mostly staying in 4th gear and at times going WOT in 3rd), trying to burn up all of the low ethanol content E85. Suddenly, it happened, I found a station that netted me 84.7% ethanol!

150 miles if im lucky. Easily drains quarter tank if I spend half hour on back roads or highway pulls

I can't imagine some of the 2k whp vipers and cars like that and how far a tank gets them. 5 to 6 runs through the gears and they gotta be on fumes

I hear that Grimreaper. My brother has a 1998 supercharged/nitrous Cobra that was built by Sean Hyland Motorsports. Car has 9,998 miles on the odometer (7500 of which are on the built motor). He hasn’t tagged the thing since 2009, but when he was driving it, he was spending $250 in fuel to drive it Fri.-Sun. each week. He has to run 110 octane in it. I told him to convert to E85 for a cheaper fuel bill and achieve the same results.

Unless he is running a build that needs more than the 105-110 octane you get from e85 he will make more power with e85. at 30% oxygen by weight the only thing that makes more power at that octane level is methanol at 50% oxygen by weight.

I have searched around a bit and haven't found this for the GT350. Are upgraded injectors needed on the GT350 for e85 flex tunes?

I don’t think you need new injectors. I have a 19 Bullitt with the GT350 intake and my stock injectors were plenty for my Lund E85 tune.

From what I have read the 18+ coyotes with direct injection essentially have 16 injectors and don't require an injector upgrade for e85. The 15-17 coyotes used to be recommended to upgrade to the 47lb injectors. From what I read the GT350 uses the same injectors as the 15-17 coyotes.

You don't need different injectors for a GT350 E-85 tune (naturally aspirated). The OEM's have plenty of spare capacity at N/A power levels.
