I know where to buy lug nuts, and sorry if this sound stupid, but i ordered 19x10 +40, i need lug nuts. are there specific specs i need for lug nuts? I may run a 5mm spacer. Thanks.

IIRC there are 2 different cone shapes, regular and bulge. You need what your new wheel requires...
