If you live where e isn't available and you have the Ford performance tune, are long tubes going to produce a decent bump in power of would it be a waste of money?

Would recommend new tune if adding long tubes to the FP package. But yes the long tubes and the new tune would net some decent power. Though your new tuner may want the TB returned to stock as many don't tune for it due to driveabilty and no real performance gain.
