What size in 18 has same tire selection as 305/30/19? I've been playing with this on tirerack, but I just don't find anything close in terms of tire variety. Not talking about used slicks.

I use spacers on track, will I not be fine? 😄
Hey Tosha

Rival S 1.5 in 315/30/18
RE71RS in 295/30/18
ECF in 295 or 315
RT660 in 295 or 315
CRS in 295 or 315
A052 in 295 or 315

All of these will fit on an 11" wheel. They don't have 305 exactly but +/- 10mm will be fine. The tire compound makes much more of a difference than 10mm of width.

basically don’t be picky on a specific size. 295 35 R18 is what I use. I know some tires only come in nearby 18 inch sizes.

Probably first mistake. Trackdaytire.com and sime other sites have better listings. You'd think Tirerack would have everything but no ...
I generalized it quite a bit, of course I scan through all these sites if I need to buy something. :). I was asking a different question - a selection of track day tire models is pretty well established. Some are faster than others, some have better pace, or hero lap grip, or wear and etc, but we all know the list pretty well. If I get a set of 19 inch wheels with 11 width, it's quite easy - go with 305/30 size and you have full selection with just a few exceptions (ECF, RR), and even those are available in close enough size. With 18 wheels, I just can't figure out a good universal size that has them all as well.

ok thanks, I think I am going to end up exchanging, they didn't have the staggered setup in black anyways, so I'm going to get the 19x11 52 offset, but in black. again, thanks for the help

Lol well I guess so since you are still with us. I use them too
I'm just kidding))) it's just that these discussions are getting a bit old. There is no such thing as opinion about a bolt. Bolt is a simple thing - it has physical properties that define it's specs. If somebody doesn't beleive in them, it's a prejudice.
