I have a 2018 stage 2 whipple car. Currently on a 3.25 pulley with the stock lower. Just curious on what others with a similar set up are seeing for air load. I was told you can use air load to determine if you’re seeing proper boost. Right now I see around 1.95 load and don’t have logs to compare with from when it had the 3.6 pulley, however it doesn’t feel any quicker.

Should be something called MAP, or a reading of KPa or PSI/inHG.

There's a map sensor that you should be reading for manifold pressure aka boost.

Your air load and boost pressure are calculations based off the maf. If your tune is incorrectly done then the car may be thinking its seeing more boost than it actually is which leads to a higher load value. I doubt your load is actually 1.95 you'd probably need over 20psi to achieve that. I only see about 1.68 at 15 psi

It’s a well known tuner so I’m sure it’s on point. What’s your mods?I’m pretty sure it varies heavily based on the set up. That’s why I was trying to compare with something similar. My buddy has same exact set up/tuner as me and sees 1.7 with just 10 psi. Verified with a boost gauge.

The only time I've see weird high load values were when the maf was off by a good margin like more than 5% or more. I have a G3 ess supercharger makes about 15 psi. About 900 wheel

I’m running a Whipple stage 2 on a 2018, using the 3.375 pulley. I see about 1.8 load at 80 deg ambient. At colder temps I’ve seen over 1.9 and hotter temps I see 1.75 or so.

maybe mines about right then. I’m seeing 1.95 in 90 degree weather.

That interesting. I see 2.0 load at roughly 16psi. Lund tuned.
