Ok, so I have a 2016 Mustang GT Premium with the 6 speed manual, and I have used line lock a few times before, and now it doesn't allow me too, I go through the steps to get it set up and right when it says click OK to start it says line lock unavailable see owners manual, what is happening and what do I need to do to make it work? and yes the advance track is off before I start.

I don't mean to sound like an cuck but are you holding the brake pedal while you press ok? Cause I messed up like that several times when I just got the car. Also easy to forget if you haven't used it in a while. The process is usually like this:

1) Hold OK to start line lock
2) Push hard on brake (hard as you can)
3) Keep holding brake (don't move it an inch) then click OK
4) Smoke 'em

If its not that, could be a track apps issue. Some people reported glitches in the software.

I usually just do it the old fashioned way. Way too many steps to set up the dang line lock. Just be sure the pull the "dyno plug" or the loop plug first (and plug it back in when you're done). It completely disables your TC and AdvanceTrac. It's located between the airbox and driver's side fender. You'll see a plug that goes nowhere basically.

Ya Im pretty sure I have held the break the entire time. BUT maybe I do left off a bit to soon, I'll have to try it when I get my car back from the shop. and ya I have a kill switch hooked up to that loop plug so I can shut it off from inside my car as I need it.

Car warmed completely up? I know my 22 model wouldn't engage when the engine wasn't completely up to temp. Mine was an auto though. Also have to be on level ground.

Parking brake must also be off. Press the brake pedal to the floor HARD!

I also have the 580Performance switch connected to the nanny plug u set the hood. Don’t turn off TC/Adv Trac with your switch u til after you complete your burnout using line lock, otherwise line lock will be grayed out and unusable.

Good to know about not shutting the switch off until after as far as the breaks I do push breaks down hard until the box fill sup and moves to next step. and the Ebrake is always off

Follow the prompts and stay on the brakes until the timer activates.

Only other thing I can think of then is the switch you have connected to your nanny plug. I only mine off (TC/Adv Trac) with my switch that I have connected to my nanny plug, after I roll out of the burnout.

I cant remember if I had it shut off or on when I tried it last, I'm going to have to try again and see what it does with it off

make sure car is level, e brake off, transmission in 1st gear(obviously clutch in). My 19 pp2 used to give me that message, it was one of the 3 above. I ended up installing an aftermarket line lock that i bought from lethal performance because the factory LL was finicky at the track and i didnt like the inconsistency. Im going to do the same on my M1 so i can have line lock and the wheel speed sensor unplugged. On my 22 mach1, if i disconnect the wheel speed sensor, it completely disables line lock.
