Again, Ford markets a track car. ford markets all these features that can't be used on the street. But then they do market you inability to use these features.

What a bunch here. All the bickering. How are people ignoring that a $60,000+ performance car cannot even complete a 15 minute HPDE track event in 65 deg weather. I'm sorry guy's, but that is an absolute joke.

you have no idea if it will or won't go into limp mode on the
Autobahn. Ford is working on it, sorry if they don't send you the engineering
reports and updates. Also wrap your head around this, when they get the fix,
its not going to be free.

Side Note. Careful arguing to hard the legal abilities of any car.
Almost every car on the road will break the speed limit, and several groups
lobby governments each year to put governors on all cars.

There are a few people that are basically on the side of (you got the wrong car, ford owes you nothing, so deal with it)

Anytime I see the (well here it says track package option...) I gonna counter. It just a fact that Ford's messaging wasn't clear and some people on the hook for a $60k should get the performance they were expecting not some "halfassed car with a limp"
